In this trader training video Richard looks at the correlation between the Bund and the Eurostoxx. The most important thing for traders is understanding the order flow at the key point where you’re expecting something to happen.

Matching up the order flow to what you’re looking for and also to use that information when it doesn't play out either.

Richard looks at the Eurostoxx and Bund interplay, context between the two. If you have no order flow that matches what you have seen on a previous trade this should reduce your conviction, this is key information.The order flow needs to match, if you get the order flow matching the direction and type of trade you looking for, that’s where conviction increases and you can add more size. Draw information from it. What is it telling you. The more they align the more size you can add to the trade.

Richard brings up charts for both markets then brings up the price ladder 1 minute into the cash session. He is looking for the Bund IB low level to break and Eurostoxx IB high level to break. The 2 Different patterns of order flow Richard goes through are:
