20 min Total Core Workout | Quick Ab Burner | Intense Ab Workout

Hello My Lovelies!! I hope everyone had a happy and safe Easter Weekend. I know that it was alot harder to gather with our loved ones this holiday, but just remember that this will all pass soon enough and we will be able to get back to our lives and loved ones. But in the mean time lets stay on track and try to get our workouts in so that we can come out of this rocking these killer Quarantine bods, get our sexiest bikini bods ready for the lakes and rivers this summer, and be able to feel like we did something great with this stall in time where we had to take a step back and slow down.

So follow along with this ab workout so we can get those six packs going strong. This workout is a 30s on 30s off routine. I did this for 2 round fully through and boy oh boy did it feel good.

Ive been trying to incorporate 2 ab workouts a week in to my routine so that i can help burn off some of this belly fat. Everyone often asks how to get a six pack and the biggest answer is ... abs are made in the kitchen.. a healthy diet with adequate protein is the biggest way to lean down and to get those flat bellys that everyone wants. Once you can really narrow down your diet and get a heathy balance with getting rid of sugar and alot of dairy, you will begin to see a huge difference in how you look and feel.
