This week I wanted to dive a little bit into something that was (and still is) a big part of my life for a very long time.
This is the kind of video that I was looking for when I was dealing with the loss of my dad. The kind of video that I was looking for and didn't find. So if you've stumbled upon this, and it's what you needed. I'm here for you. Take all of these tips as you need them, or leave them if you don't. I just wanted to let you know a couple of the things that helped and still help me cope.

Please do not be afraid to search for support in your area. In-person or on the phone. It's as simple as "free grief support in (insert your area here)."
Call your family. Call your friends. Listen to yourself.

It will get easier, but it doesn't have to yet. Give yourself time.
