Gridlife Midwest Festival 2018 After Movie

Gridlife first came to me and asked if I would be interested in covering their event and creating one of my After Movie style films that documents everything. From sunrise to sunset and what goes on in between. I proposed for this project that they allow budget room for a dream team to be assembled. Never before have Anthony Purcell(Halcyon), Mike Koziel, Sebastian Rodriguez, Brandon Deuster (Doyster Media), and myself work together in creation of a film. They believed in my judgment and allowed that to happen which thus allowed this After Movie to be created. Having such a talented crew all work together for one single complete project birthed something beautiful. We were able to cover almost every angle and aspect of Gridlife with each of our skill sets. Enough of me being blessed with such amazing friends and budget room to work with them. Gridlife were do we begin? I had never been to a gridlife event before in my life and this was my first one. I had no idea what I was in for and neither did anyone else. We arrived early to catch set up and before we knew it we turned around and the campground were packed to the brim and mud and pieces of tire were flying! Gridlife is one non stop party that goes through day and night. From watching your favorite professional drift drivers send it through the turns, to having your ears blown out from the shock wave of record setting time attack cars fly by you, and seeing famous artists perform on stage the party never stopped. After the concerts ended each night the party continued in the campgrounds where even the professional drivers you spent all day watching accompanied you in games of beer pong. Rain or shine Gridlife continued to put on a show, and an actual car show on top of it all. Everyone there was so welcoming and happy and made out first Gridlife Experience absolutely amazing(I'm looking at you drunk batman at 1am). We hope you guys enjoy this After Movie and make it out to a Gridlife event near you sometime in the future. This was well worth the travel from New York and we will no doubt be returning next year!
