Steak Fajita Salad Recipe:
Preheat oven 425
1.Cut sweet potato
Season with oil, salt and pepper- bake 15-18 minutes
2. Chop veggies
3. Season steak with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and Cuban spice
4. Saute onions and peppers with a little olive oil for 3-5 minutes
5. Move veggies aside and cook steak. When the steak is cooked mixed veggies and steak together for a couple more minutes
6. In a bowl mix all veggies with half of the dairy-free ají verde sauce. Add steak and drizzle more!
7. Enjoy!
