* 1 Tatashe (pepper)
* 1 large onion
* 3 scotch bonnet pepper
* 1 Red Bell Pepper
* 1 Green Bell Pepper

For the rice:
* ¼ cup oil
* Handful of chopped onion
* 1 teaspoons thyme
* 2 teaspoons curry powder
* 2 satchet tomato paste
* Pepper Mix (Onions, tomatoes, peppers)
* Goat Meat Stock
* Bay Leaves
* Crushed beef cube
* Salt
* 5 Cups raw rice
