It's been a weird time... Whether you're still in lockdown or transitioning out of it, make sure to be gentle with yourself! This isn't easy or natural for anyone and whatever you're feeling, know that you're not the only one. I know I have found it very tough personally and I haven't even had to deal with the worst of it.
