[VR360/5K] Angkor Thom (Angkor Ruins, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia)

Angkor Thom, which means "big city," is about 3 km on a side, almost square in shape, and is said to have been the largest capital city of the Khmer era.
In 1177, the capital fell temporarily to the Champa tribe of Vietnam but was successfully reclaimed four years later under the leadership of King Jayavarman VII.

From the Bayon temple in the center and the royal palace, a straight road leads to the large gates on all sides.
Outside the perimeter wall, there is a moat, and on the bridge over the moat, there is a scene of the gods and Asura playing tug-of-war with the serpent Vasuki.
This indicates that the Bayon temple in the center is the Mandala Mountain where the Elixir of Immortality, Amrita, was created.
