Is your Input Image size not printing the size you intended it to be??

You spend all that time editing and sizing an image to 12" x 18" to print inside a 13" x 19" so it will print with a 1/2" border all around!

Except it printer more like an 8" x 10" situated on the upper corner of the paper.

After much hair pulling you give up and consider calling tech support!
