25 Acre Polyhouse Automation Project | Farm Pond, Fertigation & Smart Irrigation Setup | Mobitech

In this video, we take you inside a 25-acre polyhouse farm where Mobitech is implementing a complete automation system for irrigation and fertigation. This project includes a large farm pond, advanced filtration unit, fertigation tanks, and smart irrigation automation designed to improve water efficiency and crop productivity.

The farm is developing a high-capacity farm pond with around 1.4 crore liters water storage, which will support irrigation for both existing and newly constructed polyhouses. Water from the borewell is stored in the pond and then processed through a filtration and fertigation system before reaching the crops.

This automation setup includes:
• Smart irrigation for polyhouse farming
• Dedicated fogger and mist system using a 10 HP motor
• Drip irrigation system using a 7.5 HP motor
• Advanced fertigation setup with 9 injectors and multiple nutrient tanks
• Filtration unit with proper inlet and outlet systems
• Farm pond with triple-layer lining to prevent water seepage

Currently, plantation work is in progress, and once the automation system is fully completed, the entire farm will operate with efficient water management and precise fertigation control.

This project demonstrates how modern agriculture technology and automation can increase crop yield, reduce labor, and optimize water usage in polyhouse farming.
