Tango at-home practice: 3 individual Exercises (Balance, Posture & Decorations)
Dear dancer,
These days, it is likely that you local classes and milongas have been cancelled.
Every little effort to fight off the spread of Covid-19 will help!
However, we know that so many of you don't want to stop their tango journey.
Let's look at this as an opportunity.
It's an invitation to work on our own, at home, on our tango technique and improve fundamentals such as balance, posture, dissociation and free leg work.
These are the basis without which there is no cool sacada, flying boleo, or connected decoration.
So, to help you practice from home, this week we are offering you 3 exercises to improve your tango technique individually.
