The island of Vir is a picturesque small island located in northern Dalmatia and connected to the mainland by a bridge „Virski Most”. There are only 3 settlements on the island: Lozice, Torovi and Vir (Puntadura in Italian). The town of Vir is the seat of the commune of the same name as the island.
Jadro Beach (Plaža Jadro) is located on the southern coast of the island of Vir (Croatia) and the town of the same name. This pebble beach is one of the most popular beaches on the Island of Vir.
Pedinka Beach is located in a bay on the southern coast of the island of Vir and in the south-east of the settlement Puntadura (Vir).
