Newsom's Push for Mental Health Treatment

Governor Gavin Newsom is pushing for Proposition 1, a $6.3 billion bond to build more than 11,000 mental health treatment beds and 27,000 outpatient slots.

We're exclusively with the Governor as he visits Phoenix House, a live-in drug rehabilitation facility in Venice. He says this is the kind of program that could be expanded and replicated if Prop. 1 passes in March.
