Mr. BOB DLC, is not your next door neighbor. This is a complete stand-alone, PC Based Electronic Break-out box software and circuit, that connects or Tees-off to the OBD 2 DLC connector. At the same time, you also connect a scan tool to the connector's back. It comes, with a built in double OBD 2, T type, or Pass-Thru connector.
