Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake Stuffed Waffle Cones with Pineapple Crunch Crumble🍍🍍🍍

Directions:

To make pineapple crunch crumble

Remove creme filling from oreos and crush or chop them

Add half a box of jello mix to the crumbs

Add 1-2 tablespoons of melted butter to crumbs and mix

To make pineapple upside down cake, follow box mix directions but add pineapple juice instead of water

In a cake pan add 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter

Top butter with brown sugar

Pour cake batter on top

Bake @ 350F for 30-35 min until toothpick comes out clean

Add baking chips to a bowl and 1-2 tablespoons of veg oil. Microwave on 30 second intervals at a time until melted. Be careful not to burn.

Dip waffle cone into melted white chocolate and allow excess to drip off

Dip cone into pineapple crumble and press crumble into the cone

Put no bake cheesecake filling into piping bag with a large round tip

Pipe cheesecake then add pineapple upside down cake until filled.

Top with pineapple crunch crumbles

Optional: Drizzle cones with white chocolate and top with maraschino cherries.
