Changing type HRT update week 8

HRT update week 8 and I am changing type. I did not get on with HRT patches, I found them itchy, so I am changing to oestrogen gel. This one is called Oestrogel

I'm a single special needs mom, having recently found out that I am in perimenopause at 46, with a wide range of perimenopause symptoms, and I am trying hormone replacement therapy.
