Shakshouka, The best egg recipe ever

Shakshouka is a dish native to Tunisia and now north Africa and the middle east. My sister ,who is of the Jewish faith, tells me its quite popular in the restaurants where she lives. I got a little tired of omelettes and went looking for other ways to eat eggs. This is by far the best tasting egg dish I've ever eaten.
