GIANT Beach Fish! Catch Clean Cook (Tarpon & Snook)

The boys and I took a trip up north to try and get on some beach tarpon fishing. This time of year in Florida you can find mullet schools as well as anchovy or glass minnow schools, with big hungry tarpon following behind them. We were throwing artificial lures from the surf, which you can find linked below. I wanted to do a catch clean cook for you guys so in the second part of the chef Yames whipped up some fish tacos for the crew!
