Fix OneDrive Shared Folder Become Internet Shortcut | New Solutions 2025 For Windows & Mac
Two Possible Reasons:
Old vs. New OneDrive:
- Check the link in the comment. If the bottom left says "Search," you have the old version. If it says "Restore your OneDrive," you have the new version.
- It's possible only people with the _same_ version can share locally.
Account Issue:
- Try making a brand new OneDrive account. If that one shares fine, the problem might be with your old account.
Other ways:
-If you have word, excel, powerpoint document, you can edit them using office apps in your computer
-Try to use google drive or dropbox, for me dropbox is so great, fast sync, transfer, not lagging, not bug,….
