Aer Lingus Flight from Dublin to Birmingham

Travelling back home to Birmingham (BHX) from Dublin (DUB)
and just about to Board:
"St Fergal / Fearghal" Aer Lingus EI-DEC Airbus A320-214
I was unsure whether to continue boarding the Plane
after hearing the Noise that was coming from what seemed like the Fan Blades on Engine 1,
I did Board and we had a relatively uneventful Flight back into Birmingham although the Landing seemed a bit hard.
This Video contains mainly the Take-Off and Landing and apologies for it being out of Focus towards the end,
