Kurland: The Attorney General of Canada has just terminated the extradition case against Miss Meng. Miss Meng has been put in liberty, free to depart Canada at will. Because the Americans have decided deferred prosecution is the way to go for Miss Meng they allowed her free on bail. As well she has pled not guilty. There are admissions of wrongdoing, but that is not the same as a guilty plea. What happens next is the case will continue against Huawei. That's a money issue.
