I created my workout routine from what I've seen has worked for my body. plz, note that I am not a professional so if some workouts do not work for you plz know that all of our bodies are different! Workout Routine
BACK DAY
- lat pull down 4 sets of 10
- seated row 4 sets of 10
- back extension 4 sets of 15
- dumbell rows 4 sets of 10
- squatted lat pull down 4 sets of 15
- 5 mins on the treadmill
BOOTY/LEG DAY
- hip abduction 4 sets of 15
- seated leg curl 3 sets of 10
- squats with heavyweight 4 sets of 10
- pulse squats with heavyweight 4 sets of 10
- side-step squat 4 sets of 10
- side leg raises 4 sets of 10
- heavy leg/thigh press 3 sets of 25
- 5 mins on the stairs
- 5 mins on the treadmill w/ incline
ABS DAY
- crunches 3 sets of 15
- bicycle ups 3 sets of 10
- mountain climbers 3 sets of 15
- in and out 3 sets of 10
- windshield wipers 3 sets of 10
- side to side hip dip 4 sets of 10
- ab machine 4 sets of 10
- hip thrust 4 sets of 10
EXTREME BOOTY AND LEG DAY
- fire hydrants 4 sets of 10 (resistance band)
- donkey kicks 4 sets of 10 (resistance band)
- heavyweight hip thrust 4 sets of 15 (resistance band)
- heavyweight side-step squat 3 sets of 20 (resistance band)
- 5 mins on the stairs
- 5 mins on the treadmill
