In this episode we go camping overnight on our intrepid boat. The next day we head offshore to the reef. We don't catch anything there so we head inshore to the patch reefs. We catch a nice cero mackerel and a couple of yellowtails. Then we head back home to clean and cook our catch. We did a Fried popcorn mackerel. It's like popcorn chicken but with mackerel. Or fried mackerel cubes. It tasted great, especially with the panko seasoning.
