Rail Freight - UIC ATTI Special Group 🇫🇷

The Agreement on Freight Train Transfer Inspections (ATTI) facilitates smoother train handovers by reducing inspection dwell time and eliminating the need for time-consuming bilateral agreements with current and future partners. ATTI enables more agile cross-border operations by introducing ISO sampling for wagon inspections. The program adheres to the General Contract of Use for wagons (GCU) when governing wagon transfers between participating railway undertakings.
