How To Set Up Starting Blocks

This is a short video to show you how to set up blocks. We describe how far away you should place the central part of the block as well as for each block pad. It is important to consider how high you set the pads to get the right amount of stretch in your achilles. If in doubt, you can either ask one of your coaches or ask us!
