DIY DECOR: NEON SIGN with GRASS WALL (Boxwood Hedge Panels)

After seeing multiple DIY Neon Sign and Grass Wall videos, I decided to make my own! I love this project for my room decor, and I think it makes a great background for my videos! All of the materials I used were under $300 as well! (Keep in mind I only used 6 panels and not 12)
