Let’s start with cellulite. I show you how to make a natural DIY cellulite treatment in just a few steps. First cut an aloe vera leaf in half (vertically) and use a metal wide-tooth comb scrape out all the pulp into a bowl. Then add one Vitamin E capsule into the bowl (pierce it and extract the oil), mix it well, and voila.
Instead of using regular ice-cubes in your cold drinks, use aloe vera cubes instead. Watch the video to see how to store them and use them.
