Greek Pasta Salad

Here's a super easy but delicious side for July 4th weekend. It's best to make it the day before so that the flavors get to hang out and develop in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
1 lb penne pasta, cooked al dente and drained
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 to 2 T Greek seasoning (save 1/2 T until the end and season if neccesary)
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
1/4 chopped fresh basil

Cook pasta and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, make the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, lemon juice, sour cream, and Greek seasoning. Add the pasta, tomatoes, feta, and basil and combine until thoroughly coated. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate for at least eight hours.
