In this video, I go over How Much Caffeine is TOO Much Caffeine, as well as discuss if caffeine overages are common. Overall, when it comes to How Much Caffeine is TOO Much Caffeine, the number is a fairly high number and coffee or energy drinks would need to be over-consumed to get near the number. That being said, there have been several cases where the numbers were lower than average and I will discuss those few rare cases.

Although death by caffeine overage are rare, becoming seriously ill from consuming too much caffeine is much more frequent in caffeine overage cases. Poison control centers receive about 5,000 reports of caffeine toxicity per year.
