$10,000 Vs $100 Garage Workshop Layout

I work out of a third bay garage like alot of people. But i have found away to get the most out of your space with strategic tool workshop layout. The third bay is 12 ft x 17 ft, but i am able to have workstations that consist of both wood and metal work.
