LAPD Cop Helps Homeless Deal With The Horrors of Skid Row
For 23 years, LAPD Senior Lead Officer Deon Joseph has worked the streets of skid row in downtown Los Angeles. Reporter Anita Bennett and photographer David Petty went on a ride along with officer Joseph around skid row.
