Real Estate Agency: Assisting both parties

Don't get CONFUSED, there are several ways to act as a real estate agent. What you can or can't do, depends on the state you are in. In some cases, you can represent both parties with full disclosure. I you can't, you would generally be able to act a facilitator, also called transaction broker.
