Meet the cast of Star Wars: The Last Jedi Episode 8 including Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher.

Daisy Ridley, playing Rey is an English actress best known for her role in Star Wars. She’s a trained dancer and singer. She has three tattoos, three stars on her left foot, alchemical symbol of air on the upper thigh, and a peace symbol behind the right ear. She’s “cross-dominant” which means she writes and eats with left hand but shoots and uses her staff with right hand.
She won "Best Breakthrough Performance" at the MTV Movie Awards on her 24th birthday. And she also has her wax figure at Madame Tussaud’s wax museum.
Adam Driver playing Kylo Ren is an American actor who used to sing in a church choir and served in the Marines. Despite his acting success, he doesn’t like to watch his performance. He runs a non-profit foundation called Arts in the Armed Forces that stage theatrical performances for military personnel. His break thru role was in Girls.

John Boyega playing Finn, a son of Nigerian immigrants, started acting since childhood and has achieved his fame after playing in Star Wars: Force Awakens. John owns a production company - Upper Room Entertainment. His middle name means “the crown has become joy”.

Oscar Isaac playing Poe Dameron, who was born in Guatemala, before becoming an actor played in the band Blinking Underdogs. Oscar is a fan and collector of X-Men comics and played a villain in X-Men: Apocalypse.

Mark Hamill, playing Luke Skywalker is best known for his role in Star Wars trilogy. His acting debut was on The Bill Cosby Show. He was also the voice of Joker on Batman: The Animated Series. Mark is left-handed and trained with swordmaster Bob Anderson for the role. He doesn’t like having a beard but agreed for Star Wars sequel trilogy. There is a street in San Diego named after him.

Late Carrie Fisher, an American actress who was mostly known for her role of Leia in Star Wars. She said her favorite scenes were the arguing scenes with Harrison Ford and she had to stand on a box for a lot of scenes because she was much shorter than him. She’s a stepdaughter of Elizabeth Taylor. She loved to write and polished scripts for the original Star Wars trilogy. Carrie was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was treated for substance abuse. Once she said: I was street-smart, but unfortunately, the street was Rodeo Drive.
