Valentine Day cake & dessert idea

Surprise your loved ones with this delicious Valentine’s Day cake made out of yogurt and jello! The hidden heart ♥️ idea will have them so excited and guessing how did you do that?? For sure they will appreciate your effort, and moreover love this dessert idea, delicious vanilla and berry flavor!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Jellos
- Lg Vanilla Yogurt (32 oz/900 g)
- 1 pkg of gelatine (1 oz/28 g)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Juice out of 1 lemon
HOW TO MAKE IT - NO BAKE!
1. Dissolve 2 jellos in 2 cups of boiling water and transfer to a large rectangular pan and put it to the fridge until it set.
2. Prepare the yogurt mixture: 1 lg vanilla yogurt, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 c of sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, lemon juice and mix it well.
3. Dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of boiling water, mix it very well and add it slowly to yogurt mixture, increase speed of the mixer.
4. Grease the loaf pan with some vegetable oil and add 3 ladles of yogurt mixture, refrigerate until it sets.
5. Jello should be set now, take it out and cut out hearts with your cookie cutter (medium size hearts that would fit the height of your loaf pan).
6. Take out the set yogurt and add the hearts in the middle of the pan, one next to the other in a row. Next, cover them with the remaining yogurt mixture and put it back to the fridge to set. You can be done here.
7. Optional: dissolve one more jello in 1 cup of boiling water, let it cool, arrange strawberries/blueberries/raspberries on top of set yogurt cake and cover them gently with the cooled jello. Put it back to the fridge for four hours on until the next day.
8. The next day the jello is set well, you can separate it from the pan even with your hand. You can use a knife of dip the pan in a warm water for a minute. Flip it out on the cutting board and back again on the plate.
9. Cut a slice with a sharp knife and enjoy the hidden heart surprise!
