HOW TO MAKE AN EXTREMELY FULL KIDDIES BALL DRESS (2 YEAR OLD)

MATERIALS USED IN THIS VIDEO
▪︎10 yards of tulle net/soft net (Look out for the one that when you crumple, it bounces back)
▪︎1 yard of hard net for more fullness
▪︎2 yards of dullface fabric (thick satin with a dull and shiny side). I used this as the main fabric, bodice lining and skirt lining. Please get about 2.5 to 3 yards cos I had to manage my fabric.
