"Violence & Love" by Nik Jovčić-Sas - Bridging Voices Conference, University of Oxford 2019

This weekend I had the absolute privilege of speaking at a unique event.

"Bridging voices" was a conference that took place at St Stephen's House, University of Oxford, on the subject: "Contemporary Eastern Orthodox Identity and the Challenges of Pluralism and Sexual Diversity in a Secular Age."

It was attended by a wide range of participants from bishops, to highly revered theologians, priests, philosophers, psychotherapists, human rights activists and a range of other highly skilled professionals and academics.

This is the talk I gave on a panel about pastoral care - "Violence & Love: Assessing the impact of Orthodox teaching on the LGBTQ+ community & the opening way for pastoral care"
