Puffkie Recipe (as invented by Men Try)
Add almost 1 cup of flour to a large bowl. Do that again. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 egg, and 1/2 stick butter to the bowl. Take the butter out, melt it, and add it back to the bowl. Add 1 rounded tsp. baking soda, and forget the salt. Add 1 tsp. vegetable oil, and beat with an electric mixer until combined (it should be dry and crumbly). Add another egg, just under 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup sugar, and mix it all together. Add "just a little bit" more flour, more than a couple drops of vanilla extract, and mix again (good luck with this step). Sprinkle and mix in as many chocolate chips as you desire. Spray your muffin tins with non-stick spray, and fill them up as evenly as you can. Do NOT preheat your pizza smelling oven. Set it to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, and stick your puffkies in to bake. Line underneath with aluminum foil, just in case. They should rise like cookie muffins, and smell a bit like pancakes.

Serve warm with butter and syrup, plain, or inject them with maple syrup. Enjoy! Send or tag us in your pictures!
