Juicy and flavorful chicken kofta made with just a few ingredients!
I used chicken breast and thigh, bell pepper, onion, salt, turmeric, and sumac — that’s it!
💥(("Mix all the ingredients together and place in the freezer for 1 hour. Then slice and fry in oil."))
No eggs, no flour — just pure spice and love.

یه کباب لقمه فوق‌العاده خوشمزه با کمترین مواد!
سینه و ران مرغ رو با پیاز، فلفل دلمه‌ای، نمک، زردچوبه و سماق ترکیب کردم تا یه ترکیب آبدار و خوش‌عطر به دست بیاد.
💥((همه مواد رو باهم مخلوط کرده و بمدت ۱ ساعت در فریزر میزاریم بعد برش داده و در روغن سرخ میکنیم))

نه تخم‌مرغ، نه آرد، فقط با ادویه و عشق!
