living alone in seoul ep.23 - what I ate in a week working full-time living alone in seoul! This is a food diary of what I realistically eat in a week. There is a mix of home cooked meals, eating out, spontaneous dinner plans, pre-work lunch outings, small late night dinners, and a ton of snacking. To be honest reviewing this food log of this week was quite shocking and horrifying because it showed me how much I snack and how many sweets I eat a week! I really do buy a box of donuts and eat it all myself!! This is what happens when you line up long for something and want to try multiple flavours because why not and when you live alone and don’t have anyone to share these sweets with. Now that I’m seeing how much I eat in a week, I want to be more mindful of what I put into my body and try to eat with more moderation!
