All you need for this DIY is crepe paper & tape. I have used red crepe paper & white crepe paper to make this christmas decorations as a christmas candy theme decor with red & white.

In this video I have shown you how to make fringe crepe paper streamers which we will use as a garland to decorate the lower decor and besides this I have also made crepe paper bows and ribbons for xmas.
