Jodie Comer ('The White Princess') chats with Gold Derby's Riley Chow: Elizabeth of York 'realizes the danger that surrounds her.' The Starz miniseries that aired this spring is the sequel to “The White Queen,” which scored an Emmy nomination for Best Limited Series in 2014; both are adaptations of historical novels of the same names by Phillipa Gregory. Comer plays Elizabeth of York, the real-life queen consort of late 15th century England, as “Lizzie” ages from 19 to 33.
