Nox Draws: Cetus

So uh..timelapses huh...This is actually a redraw/redo of two older timelapses I've done! Same oc too (an old RP character named Thomas).
I 100% did not mean to actually paint Thomas, I forgot that I was supposed to line him and clean up the colors (like how I did the whale) but uh, zoned out, and forgot that was the plan.
