Jews, in the main, do not believe everything the Biblical prophets said about the Messiah; they only believe the prophecies of his glory, but not the ones that told of his suffering and death. Jesus stressed this fact to his followers after he rose from the dead (e.g., Lk. 24:25-26).

This book chapter excerpt is provided for the benefit of our Jewish friends, and any others who do not yet understand that Jesus was the promised Messiah. Our hope is that God will use it to open the Reader’s eyes to the awful, glorious work that was accomplished by His beloved Son, Jesus.
