* For reference, my mom is non-vaccinated and my dad is fully vaccinated.

* Vax cert (if vaccinated)
* PCR test or ART test taken w/in 48 hrs (if non-vaccinated)
* Insurance with covid coverage of S$30,000 (if non-vaccinated)
* Filled in E-Arrival card (3 days before the flight)
* Travel tax

(SG to PH)
* E-Arrival card (prev. called One Health Pass)
* Vax cert (if vaccinated)
* PCRT test or ART test taken w/in 24 hrs (if non-vaccinated)
* Accredited Hotel Quarantine for 5 days (if non-vaccinated)
* On the 5th day of Hotel Quarantine, PCR test will be taken (if non-vaccinated)
