Bowerman Track Club Intrasquad race recap ll 1500m PR

On Tuesday July 21 I participated in the third round of the Bowerman Track Club intrasquad meets. I competed in the 1500m, 600m, and a 4x400 mixed gender relay. All of these races do not suit my strengths but I was happy to work on my weakness. I hope you enjoy watching.
