How to make your Arms Bigger

Arm training is probably the most misunderstood part of working out. Most guys go about arm training the wrong way. They spend far too much time training biceps and triceps and ignoring the big compound movements like weighted chin-ups or pull-ups and bench and shoulder presses.
This is a mistake because arm size is highly limited by how big your back and chest are. Let's take me as an example. No matter how many curls or extensions I do, I can't get arms like these on my current physique. They just don't fit. I need to develop my whole body before my arms can reach that size.
