In short if you want a good DPS caster frame then the only decent one for you is dragon's sickle from warlord's ruin.

Temptation's hook whilst has good rolls its base stats are poor. Sola's Scar does not have whirlwind and the fire sword is for void builds.

The test above was not 100% perfect it was just to simulate rough numbers they are basically equal based on a 26 second rotation. However the longer a damage rotation is the better dragon sickle will do over falling guillo.
