RT2014 return provides a quick, easily and rational way to redirect the panels of medium dimensions from the output of the edgebander toward the operator. The RT2014 return is an automated system adapted to the output of the edgebander, which through its 5 loading arms allows to collect the pieces that come out, for transporting them transversally and to redrive them to the operator, through a returning conveyor belt, whose overall length can be adjusted to the edgebander lenght. The RT return can safely transport panels with different dimensions, with lengths between 200 and 2,300 mm. and thicknesses between 10 and 60 mm. With a maximum weight of 80 Kg.
El retorno RT2014 aporta una forma sencilla, rápida y racional de reconducir los paneles de medianas dimensiones desde la salida de la chapadora hacia el operario. El retorno RT2014 es un automatismo situado en la salida de la chapadora que mediante 5 brazos de carga, permite recoger las piezas que salen de la chapadora para transportarlas transversalmente y reconducirlas hasta el operario a través de una banda transportadora motorizada de retorno, cuya longitud modular se puede ajustar a la longitud de la chapadora. El retorno RT transporta, de forma segura y fiable paneles con diferentes dimensiones, con longitudes entre 200 y 2.300 mm. y grosores entre 10 y 60 mm. con un peso máximo de 80 Kg.
