Emotional Control is How you Defend yourself Against a Narcissist!

How can I protect myself from the False Narrative? This is a lot harder than how I am saying it, but if you can control your emotions through this devaluation and discard, you will control the outcome. If you know what you're dealing with, you have to stay aware when responding precisely if you want to defeat the false narrative. This will make them lose control and the Narcissism will then show its face for you to document. Narcissist are never in control, Narcissism is. Again, I know this is not easy, especially when you are in the War with them. Namaste :)
