Making Ice Cream at -15 °C While Winter Camping

Winter is in full swing in Norway, and the temperature is dropping down to -15 degrees Celsius. For several years, I have been thinking about making ice cream from scratch in a tent, as the surroundings act as a natural freezer.

Now the day has come, and I will finally try my hand at the project.

The recipe is based on Eyvind Hellstrøms book, The Ice Cream Factory.
